New York Army National Guard Chief Warrant Officer 5 Marques Martins, a pilot in Headquarters Company of the 42nd Combat Aviation Brigade, reunited with family members he had not seen since 1999 during a relief mission to the village of Calzada in Maunabo, Puerto Rico on Oct. 12, 2017. Martins is flying missions with the 3rd Battalion 142nd Aviation which deployed four UH-60 helicopters and 60 Soldiers to Puerto Rico to assist in the recovery from Hurricane Maria.
