(Oct. 5, 2017) Yeoman 2nd Class Chad Williams, an enlisted recruiter assigned to Navy Recruiting District Minneapolis, reviews rank and recognition with future Sailors using the standards transition acknowledgment requirements training (START) guide and their delayed entry program (DEP) monthly. All new future Sailors are given the START guide after they swear into the Navy.
