Shultz, commander of the 1st Mission Support Command, US Army Reserve, visited the town of Lares, Puerto Rico, and distributed supplies and water in the neighborhood of Piletas, Oct. 10. This group of leaders represent the three components of the US Army; active, reserve and guard.
