Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni residents and Japanese locals enjoy a koto performance during a full moon tea ceremony and musical act in Iwakuni City, Japan, Oct. 4, 2017. The Cultural Adaptation Program invited station residents along on a trip to the Iwakuni Castle Ropeway to drink powdered green tea and eat manju, a Japanese pastry, while koto and taiko drum performers put on several musical acts. The koto is a traditional Japanese stringed musical instrument. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Cpl. Carlos Jimenez)
