Joshua Sebrenek, 139th Military Police Company, from Fort Stewart, Ga., skillfully administers first aid to an "injured" person during Vibrant Response 11.1 a large-scale multi-agency training exercise held March 11-19, in central Indiana where local, state and federal authorities trained in recovery operations to save lives, prevent further injury, and provide critical support to enable community recovery after a simulated nuclear detonation.
