Military personnel in camouflage uniforms and red caps are engaged in a construction or engineering training exercise in a muddy excavation site. Several airmen are working together to install or position a large black pipe or conduit into a trench, while others observe and supervise. The setting appears to be a training area with a chain-link fence, dirt mounds, and orange safety cones visible in the background.

Airmen from the Ohio National Guard 200th Rapid Engineer Deployable Heavy Operational Repair Squadron Engineer work on a drainage system for the reverse osmosis water purification unit at the University of the Virgin Islands Soccer Field, St. Thomas Oct. 10. The team of about 25 airmen have been on island since Sept. 13 after Hurricane Irma and have constructed tents, latrines, showers, and a laundry area for soldiers and airmen.
