    ARABIAN GULF (Oct. 2, 2017) Capt. Mark Oberley delivers his farewell speech to his crew during a change of command ceremony aboard the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Vella Gulf (CG 72). Capt. Rob Thompson relieved Oberley as commanding officer of the ship during the ceremony.
