A U.S. Air Force C-5 Galaxy transport aircraft from Air Mobility Command has its nose raised open on a tarmac, with an AT&T mobile communications unit being loaded or unloaded via a ramp. The scene appears to be a disaster relief or emergency response operation, likely following a hurricane or major storm given the context of deploying telecommunications equipment. Personnel are visible on the tarmac overseeing the logistics operation.

Master Sgt. Steve Brewer, a loadmaster assigned to the 9th Airlift Squadron, Dover Air Force Base, Delaware, guides an AT&T telecommunication tower out of a C-5M Super Galaxy at Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport, Puerto Rico, Oct. 6, 2017. The C-5M transported towers from AT&T, to provide telecommunication coverage to the areas in Puerto Rico affected most from Hurricane Maria. The initiative is one of President Donald Trump's priorities for the recovery efforts in Puerto Rico.
