Citizen-Soldiers from the New York and Puerto Rico National Guard worked together on Oct. 5, in order to bring a power generator to the HealthProMed (HPM) clinic at the island municipality of Culebra, Puerto Rico. During Hurricane Maria, HPM suffered a great amount of damages which left the clinic nonoperational and approximately 2,000 residents without access to a medical facility. (Photos by Spc.
