    Bruce Ginn with DLA Distribution Anniston, Ala., applies tape to a M113A3/BMP-2 Opposing Forces Surrogate Vehicle prior to shipping from Anniston Army Depot. The installation recently completed overhaul of 14 of these training vehicles, which are designed to look like Russian combat vehicles.
