    Fredericksted, St. Croix, USVI- A Quality Assurance Inspector with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) evalutes damage to a house to see if it is elligible for Operation Blue Roof. The program is a partnership with the Federal Emergency Management Agency, US Army Corps of Engineers and the U.S. Virgin Islands Government to provides homeowners with a temporary solution to damaged roofs until permanent repairs can be made.
