A Romania IAR-330 Puma helicopter and an American UH-60 Blackhawk conduct air movement procedures back to Mihail Kogalniceanu Air Base after successfully recovering isolated 10th CAB Soldiers in Babadag Training Area, Romania, October 3, 2017.
