Members of the 569th Human Resources Company, 16th Special Troops Battalion, perform a Latin dance routine during the Hispanic Heritage Month Observance at the Wagon Wheel Theater Sept. 28. The 16th Sustainment Brigade’s Equal Opportunity Program hosted the observance to highlight the contributions to the Army and the United States made by people of Hispanic descent throughout history.
