Five Soldiers from Signal Intelligence Sustainment Company, Headquarters & Headquarters Battalion, 4th Infantry Division, participate in a medial stakes lanes competition Aug. 15 at Fort Carson, Colo. The medical event is one of many competitions being held Aug. 14-17 for Iron Horse Week and the 100th year heritage of 4th ID. The event is timed and challenges Soldiers' abilities to react to contact, treat a casualty and perform casualty evacuation procedures.
