U.S. Navy Diver 1st Class Vincent Carson, assigned to Mobile Diving Salvage Unit (MDSU) 1, and Sri Lanka Navy divers, conduct an air quality test on diving equipment during the first-ever Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) at the Naval Base in Trincomalee, Sri Lanka, Oct. 4, 2017.
