Marcos Chavez-Rhodes, a professionally instructed gunman with Regimental Surveillance and Target Acquisition Company (RSTAC), 1st Marine Division, fires the M40A6 sniper rifle during a live fire drill at Fort Irwin, Calif., Oct. 2, 2017.
