Samantha Adducchio, 269th Commander, board a C-130 Hercules from the 179th Airlift Group, Mansfield, at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio to provide tactical communications support to St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Island in the aftermanth of recent hurricanes Sept. 29, 2017.
