NEW YORK – The Coast Guard Cutter Katherine Walker is anchored in the East River outside the United Nations Building prior to a mass casualty drill, Sept. 15, 2017. The Katherine Walker is one of the main Coast Guard platforms on site providing maritime security while the United Nations General Assembly is in session from Sept. 17-22, 2017.
