(170923-M-DJ953-0166) U.S. 5th FLEET AREA OF OPERATIONS (Sept. 24, 2017) – Chief Warrant Officer 3 Ochan Nicholas, the Combat Cargo Officer aboard USS Pearl Harbor (LSD 52), removes straps from supplies delivered to the ship during a replenishment-at-sea (RAS) with the Lewis and Clark-class dry cargo ship USNS Washington Chambers (T-AKE 11). The 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit is embarked on the America Amphibious Ready Group and is deployed to maintain regional security in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations.
