    Lt. Col. Joseph Holland, commander of 2nd Battalion, 12th Cavalry Regiment, attached to 1st Advise and Assist Task Force, 1st Infantry Division, presents an Iraqi Police officer a certificate of completion for graduating a four-week Emergency Medical Technician course during a graduation ceremony at Kirkuk Training Center, Iraq, Feb. 28. Thirty-eight participants from Kirkuk's Iraqi police, Emergency Response Unit and fire departments graduated the course after certifying in basic first aid treatment. Holland helped present certificates to the graduates of the EMT course that was supervised by medics of Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 2nd Bn., 12th Cav. Regt., deployed as part of U.S. Division-North in support of Operation New Dawn.
