Members of the Fairfax County Urban Search and Rescue Task Force, Federal Emergency Management Agency out of Virginia conduct a safety brief prior to moving out to search their assigned section-Frederiksted and the rainforest region- in the West of St. Croix, Sept. 22. The team has been on ground since right after the Category 5 storm came through St. Croix. The team quickly divided the island into sections for their missions.
