    Joint Force Headquarters - Idaho National Guard

    Tech. Sgt. Davis Nguyen, a member of the 124th Fighter Wing’s 190th Fighter Squadron, taught members of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces several ways to remove casualties from the point of impact Sept. 11 in Cambodia. During the week-long subject matter exchange between the Idaho National Guard and the RCAF, the two militaries worked together to enhance their skills in medical, engineer, convoy and legal operations.
