Evans, U.S. Army Human Resources Command commanding general, during an Investiture Ceremony held at the Lt. Gen. Timothy J. Maude complex on Fort Knox, Ky., Sept. 21, 2017. In addition to being the Adjutant General of the U.S. Army, Bennett will serve as the Executive Director of the Military Postal Service Agency and Commanding General of the U.S. Army Physical Disability Agency.
