    Petty Officer 2nd Class Jack Veselik, machinist's mate, right, uses an IM-271/PD Radiacmeter to detect possible surface contaminates on Lt. j.g. Jason Harrel, assigned to the Black Knights of Strike Fighter Squadron 154, aboard the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan. The Ronald Reagan forecastle is being used as a decontamination station to ensure the safety of sailors and Marines. Ronald Reagan is off the coast of Japan providing humanitarian assistance to Japan as directed in support of Operation Tomodachi.
