Capt. Gary E. Miller, of U.S. Army 5th Medical Recruiting Battalion, loads donated dog food into a trailer outside his home in Converse, Texas. He collected and delivered approximately 1,500 pounds of food, water and supplies to the American Red Cross in San Antonio Sept. 2 to aid in Hurricane Harvey relief efforts.
