Soldiers from the 591st Military Police Company, an active duty unit based in Ft. Bliss, Texas, begin a search of buildings for casualties, March 15, during the Vibrant Response 11.1 exercise held at Muscatatuck Urban Training Complex, Ind. The week-long exercise combines federal, state and military resources in a joint effort for relief in the aftermath of a catastrophic event.
