383rd Movement Control Team’s Sgt. Sena Disbro conducts an inspection on French cargo and assists the U.S. flight crew prior to the aircraft’s departure from a Chadian flight-line. The 383rd MCT is the first MCT assigned to USARAF partnering with French allies and African partners to conduct inspections in Africa before departing on U.S. aircraft.
