Anthony Rock, 321st Air Expeditionary Wing commander and Iraq Training and Advisory Mission-Air director, as part of a demonstration of the Iraqi Air Force’s first reduced oxygen breathing device here, March 14. Nelson, is deployed from Barksdale Air Force Base, La., to teach the IqAF how to use the device which is designed to take the place of the altitude chamber for pilot refresher training.
