Chaplain Dubose joins Lt. Col. Clay A. Coatney, 1/201st Field Artillery, West Virginia Army Guard commander and Col. Robert G. Cheatham, ASG-Kuwait commander in cutting the ribbon which signifies the official opening of the newest dining facility in Kuwait. The new dining facility boasts a larger seating area and several new serving lines which serve soldiers faster and ultimately gives them more time to enjoy their meals.
