Two soldiers in U.S. Army combat uniforms are carrying what appears to be a body bag or litter away from a landed UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter in a green field. The helicopter's rotors are still spinning, suggesting a rapid insertion or extraction operation. The setting appears to be a cultivated agricultural area, consistent with Middle Eastern or Central Asian terrain.

Sgt. Michael Kasper and Staff Sgt. Roy Starbeck, Soldiers with 2nd Platoon, Company A, 1st Battalion, 23rd Infantry Regiment, 3rd Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division, pull bags filled with bottled water from a Blackhawk helicopter in a field in southern Baghdad, March 9. The water was a re-supply for Stryker Soldiers walking along numerous farmland roads during a mission to find and secure areas suspected of being insurgent training camps.
