A route clearing team with the Florida National Guard’s Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear Emergency Response Force-Package’s help a Scout Key resident clear access to his boat ramp so the search and extraction team can enter Florida Bay with their Zodiac rescue boats. Several of the local boat ramps were damaged by Hurricane Irma, which made accessing the numerous waterways challenging for their Zodiac and Rescue One boats.
