Army Sgt. John Shannon locates a Scout Key resident aboard a houseboat that had been stuck in low-lying water and debris from Hurricane Irma. After verifying that the person aboard had adequate food and shelter, Shannon communicates the GPS location and name of the vessel back to his team leader with the Florida National Guard’s Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear Emergency Response Force-Package.
