    The Kentucky National Guard's 149th Military Engagement Team conducted their transfer of authority ceremony Sept. 6, 2017, at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. The ceremony signified the completion of the U.S. Army Central mission for the 149th MET, which began in December 2016.
