Pfc. Michael Green, a heavy equipment operator assigned to the 103rd Engineer Company, 4th Maneuver Enhancement Brigade, secures the antenna on a high mobility multipurpose wheeled vehicle (HMMWV) staged in the line haul in preparation for the field training exercise, Vibrant Response. Vibrant Response is part of a U.S. Army North agenda to validate the readiness of Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and high yield Explosives Consequence Management Response Force (CCMRF) elements to conduct operations in support of State and local emergency responders in the event of a real-world domestic attack requiring federal assistance.
