    U.S. Navy Lt. Philip Ritchie, King Air Military Training Team training officer, goes through a pre-flight briefing with an Iraqi pilot from Squadron 87 at New Al-Muthana Air Base, Iraq, March 3. Instructor pilots with the Iraq Training and Advisory Mission-Air have trained more than two dozen Iraqi pilots since the program’s inception in 2008. Ritchie, an Austin, Texas, native is deployed from Naval Air Station Corpus Christi, Texas.
