Bobby Baker is briefed by acting Emergency Manager Chief Aviation Boatswain's Mate (Handler) Cory Schwisow, from Crete, Nebraska, ahead of Hurricane Irma. Non-essential active duty military, DOD civilians and their families have evacuated the base. Hurricane Irma is a Category 5 hurricane with sustained winds of more than 180 mph and is moving west-northwest at 17 mph. The storm is expected to impact the southeastern United States.
