LTG Michael Garrett, the U.S. Army Central Command Commander, commends Soldiers of the 1st Theater Sustainment Command, during a visit to Fort Knox, KY, Sept. 8. The 1st TSC, which is responsible for all sustainment operations throughout USARCENT's area of operations, earned its second consecutive Army's safety award. The command was recognized at the division level for having the most effective overall safety program throughout 2016.
