Panamanian service members with the Servicio Nacional Aeronaval fire the M240B machine gun as part of a course conducted by U.S. Marines with Mobile Training Team One, Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force - Southern Command, at Agustin Santos Vinda Base in Quebrada de Piedra, Panama, Aug. 29, 2017. The MTT conducted a three-week course with Panamanian service members consisting of basic infantry tactics, marksmanship, and patrolling. The Marines and sailors of SPMAGTF-SC are deployed to Central America to conduct security cooperation training and engineering projects with their counterparts in several Central American and Caribbean nations.
