Crewmembers from the Coast Guard Cutter Chandeleur rescue a dog from a 34-foot vessel that was taking on water near Montague Island, Alaska, Sept. 8, 2017. A Coast Guard MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter crew, forward deployed to Cordova, rescued the owners of the vessel and a third dog after they kayaked to the nearby island. U.S. Coast Guard photo
