Chief petty officer’s (CPO) and CPO selectees stand in formation on the USS Midway museum flight deck in San Diego, Ca. Founded in 2003 by Force Master Chief Karen O'Connor, CPO Pride Day in San Diego is hosted this year by the Enlisted Leadership Foundation and focused on strengthening camaraderie between CPOs.
