RHODES, Greece (Sept. 2, 2017) Greek tugboats assist the Harper Ferry-class amphibious dock landing ship USS Carter Hall (LSD 50) away from the pier as the ship gets underway Sept. 2, 2017. Carter Hall is deployed with the Bataan Amphibious Ready Group and the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit (24th MEU) to support maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 6th Fleet area of operations.
