A group of U.S. Army soldiers in ACU (Army Combat Uniform) are gathered in what appears to be a classroom or training room. A soldier in the foreground is seated with what appears to be a nasopharyngeal airway (NPA) or similar medical training device inserted in his nostril, suggesting a medical training demonstration. The group of approximately 15 soldiers standing in the background appear to be observing and reacting with smiles and laughter.

Staff Sgt. Chris Ackley, 432d Civil Affairs Battalion medic, demonstrates how to insert a nasopharyngeal during a Combat Life Saver course held at the Army Reserve Center in Green Bay, Wis. The Battalion is conducting two-weeks of home station training before departing for their mobilization site at Camp Atterbury, Ind. The 432d will deploy to Afghanistan in June to twelve different Provinical Reconstruction Teams.
