Construction workers complete water main projects in the 2800 block Oct. 15, 2014, on the Fort McCoy, Wis., cantonment area. The work was being completed by Gerke Construction of Tomah, Wis., and was part of an ongoing effort to upgrade the water main infrastructure on the installation that continued through fiscal year 2016.
