BEAUMONT, Texas - U.S. Marines with Charlie Company, 4th Assault Amphibian Battalion, 4th Marine Division, Marine Forces Reserve, conduct maintenance on amphibious assault vehicles after conducting search and rescue operations in the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey in Beaumont, Texas, on Sept. 1, 2017. After Hurricane Harvey landed Aug. 25, 2017, flooding thousands of homes and displaced over 30,000 people, Charlie Company supported local and state organizations, conducting over 600 evacuations over the course of several days.
