LOS ANGELES (Sep. 2, 2017) Royal Canadian Navy Petty Officer 1st Class Troy Dierk, stationed aboard Halifax-class frigate HMCS Ottawa (FFH 341), poses with a visitor holding a round in front of the Mk 110 57mm gun during a tour of the ship at the second annual Los Angeles Fleet Week. LAFW is an opportunity for the American public to meet their Navy, Marine Corps and Coast Guard team and experience America's sea services. During fleet week, service members will participate in various community service events, showcase capabilities and equipment to the community, and enjoy the hospitality of Los Angeles and surrounding areas have to offer.
