Every food item at the Dyess Air Force Base Longhorn Dining Facility is labeled with a color, either red, yellow or green. These colors correspond with the Air Force-wide “Go for Green” program, which indicates what food options should be eaten readily, occasionally or rarely. The program allow Airmen to make smart choices for the food they order to ensure they maintain physical fitness and readiness. (U.S. Air Force Photo by Airman 1st Class Rebecca Van Syoc)
