    128th Mobile Public Affairs Detachment

    Capt. Dennis Musiitwa, a logistics officer from the Uganda People's Defense Force, along with members of the 197th Special Troops Company (A), Utah Army National Guard, load rations on board a Bell 206 Helicopter, Feb. 14. The UTNG hosted the aerial delivery system familiarization event Feb. 7-15, in support of ATLAS DROP 2011.
