Joshua Zamjahn, deployed in support of Combined Joint Task Force – Operation Inherent Resolve and assigned to 2nd Battalion, 82nd Field Artillery Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, conduct maintenance inside an M109A6 Paladin howitzer at a tactical assembly area in northern Iraq, Aug. 22, 2017. Coalition forces provide precision strikes and counter-fires in support of Iraqi security forces maneuvering to liberate Tal Afar from ISIS. A global Coalition of more than 70 nations and international organizations have joined together to enable partner forces to defeat ISIS and restore stability and security.
