A group of rescue personnel, including individuals in red Coast Guard survival suits and others in civilian athletic wear, are carrying a patient on a stretcher across a wet tarmac. A Coast Guard helicopter is visible in the background, suggesting this is an active rescue or medical evacuation operation at an airfield. The overcast, rainy conditions indicate this may be related to a weather emergency or disaster response.
