Col. Gary Jones, 147th Attack Wing Commander, briefs members of the 147th Attack Wing Airbase Readiness Coordination (ARC) team in the Wing's Emergency Operation Center at Ellington Field Joint Reserve Base August 28, 2017. The ARC team, a group of approximately 30 members of the Wing, remain on the base to ensure operations will contibue after the rest of the Wing evacuated as Hurricane Harvey hits the Southeast coast of Texas.
